Hina Rabbani Khar is a Pakistani stateswoman and economist who was the 26th Foreign Minister of Pakistan. She also serves as a Commissioner for the Climate Overshoot Commission, an independent group focused on reducing the risk of exceeding the Paris Agreement's warming threshold.
